Limited Warranty
Our vaping products are composed of multiple parts, each with specific warranty durations. Warranty and returns are explained below. Items are subject to wear and tear, which fall outside of any warranty.
Warranty is void if the unit is damaged due to mishandling, lack of maintenance or tampering.
Please note: Certain vaping components may wear over time, requiring maintenance or replacement to ensure proper functionality. This includes, but is not limited to cleaning contacts regularly (where accessible) and ensuring a level of juice level is maintained to prevent burning out of the coilP.
E-Cigarette Kits & Devices (External Battery Models)
E-cigarette kits and devices that require external batteries come with a 28 day in shop and 3 month to manufacturer warranty from the purchase date.
Batteries and Mods
Batteries and mods are subject to normal wear over time. These items have a 28-day warranty starting from the purchase date. Please note that this warranty is void if the unit is damaged due to mishandling or tampering.
Clearomizers, Atomizers (Coils/Heads), Pods, and Tanks
These are consumable parts and are not covered under warranty. However, if any of these items are found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) and we are notified within 7 days of receipt, we will replace them
Coils, Replacement Pods, and Tanks
The lifespan of these items varies based on liquid type, power settings, and usage, typically lasting 2 to 14 days.
E-Liquids
E-liquids are consumable items sold in sealed bottles and are not covered under warranty, except in cases of manufacturing faults or shipping errors. In such cases, we will replace the item.
Chargers, Charging Cases, Leads, and Wall Adaptor Plugs
These items are covered by a 1-year (12-month) warranty from the purchase date. If a charger or related item has an electrical fault (e.g., failure to charge), we will provide a replacement.
Disposable E-Cigarettes
For opened, used disposables found to be faulty, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If deemed DOA, we will reimburse the shipping cost. All returned disposables will undergo Quality Control inspection to confirm the DOA status.
Warranty Exceptions
Warranties will not be valid where the reasons include those below:
- Fair wear and tear
- Items have been repaired prior to return by you or a third party
- Maintenance of the product has not been carried out
- Instructions for use have not been followed
- The item has been willfully damaged, used outside of or stored beyond normal conditions
- Negligence by you or any third party
Defective or damaged goods
If you receive a defective product, please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Do not dispose of any items before reporting the issue, as we may need batch numbers, photographic evidence, and/or request that the item be returned to us for inspection.
Upon receiving the defective goods, we will conduct testing and inspection. If the item is found to be defective, you will have the option of a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order. If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund including postage fees, or offer an exchange for an alternative product of your choice.
If the goods are determined to be non-defective, a warranty exemption apply, including, but not limited to, if damage is due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, we will not issue a replacement or refund. In this case, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
Our Customer Service team may ask additional questions before or during the returns process, or provide usage recommendations to help reduce unnecessary returns. Please provide as much information as possible about any reported defects to assist our team in resolving the issue efficiently.
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to modify our warranty and returns conditions at any time without prior notice.
Items returned to us that do not meet the above requirements may be refused.
