Returns & Refunds

 

Before returning any goods, please contact our Customer Service team. In some cases, you will receive a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany your returned items. Any returns sent without authorization may be discarded.

 

We are not liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a recorded delivery method that is fully insured for the full value of the goods, with correct postage applied. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession.

 

All returns should be received within 10 working days of contacting our Customer Service team. Returns received after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing, after which a replacement will be dispatched or a credit issued.

 

To ensure a smooth returns process, securely package all items and send them to the address below, including (if applicable) the RMA number, your full name, original order number, and reason for return on the outside of the package.

Non-faulty Items

 

When shopping with us online you’ll be pleased to know that you are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations have been set-up for you to be able to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we do all make mistakes now and again

 

This regulation allows you to return an item to us up to 14 days after delivery. During this time, you must make sure you look after the product(s). Items when returned to us must be in a sellable condition and including original packaging.

 

You’ll be refunded back to your original payment method including postage where we are at error. We will process your refund as soon as the item has come back to us. It can take up to 5 days for your bank to transfer the funds to you but this is bank dependant.

 

To return and item, you must notify us by email and await an agreement, before returning the item. 

 

These regulations do not apply to coils or juices as these are perishable items and also doesn’t apply to items that have been personalised.

 

Changing your mind

 

If you happen to have changed your mind about an item, you can return it, provided that it is in sellable condition, for an exchange or refund. Unless faulty this should be done within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

We will refund back to original method of payment; this includes any items on sale, but excludes the original postage costs.

Unwanted items when we mention sellable condition we expect this to mean;


  1. Original packaging
    2. Undamaged (excludes normal examination of the product as you might have done in store)

 

You are responsible for the cost of return postage where you have changed your mind. Where an issue is our error, we will cover the return postage cost. You may be asked for proof of the cost of postage.
